For all these needs, picking technologies are the ideal solution to improve the organization of SKUs and use of the gold zone, resulting in high productivity in the picking process.

 

Within the picking technologies you can find:

 

**Pick and Put to Light.** These picking technologies allow operators to be directed to fill orders by means of luminous displays, which are controlled by software.

These technologies give you durability, flexibility, security, speed and an expandable system thanks to the flexible hardware and software and open interfaces that the Pick and Put to light have.

 

**Pick to Voice.** This order assortment system is ideal especially for distribution centers, which are extremely long and direct contact with luminous display devices cannot be easily done.

All assortment orders are sent to the operator via hearing, keeping hands and eyes ready for picking.

Pick to Voice can be coupled to all processes within the CEDIS. It is possible to receive by voice, accommodate the product by voice, replenishment, among others. In this way the Pick to Voice gives you the ease of a real-time inventory, which allows better control and storage management, the possibility of picking up to 15% faster, among others.

 

**Pick Cart.** This assortment system is recommended when there is a high number of SKUs to be stocked in several orders, to be as productive as possible. The advantage of this solution is that it is usually used with hybrid solutions with Pick to Voice and Pick to Light with luminous displays.

In addition, it offers you benefits such as filling several orders simultaneously which considerably improves productivity, adaptability to different technologies and considerably minimizes training processes for operators.

All these benefits are reflected in a return on investment since you will increase the pressure up to 99.9%, you will improve the productivity of the operators up to 25%, you will reduce the training time up to 50%, you will increase the safety in the work area, among other benefits.
