Some of the points that we contemplate are the following:   **Analysis and study.** Within the distribution center there is a very large diversity of SKUs, which must be analyzed to find their behavior and thus find the best technology or, better said, the appropriate technology.    During this stage, a team of consultants visit the client to collect all the necessary information to determine how the client's current system (the complete behavior within the distribution center) is working in order to find a technology that allows growth to be projected going forward and giving the best solution to the customer.   **Proposal and simulation.** Once having all this information, the experts design the best solution by automating the necessary aspects, combining conventional systems (with which the company already has) with new technologies, taking into account the previously collected operational variables.   Once we have the proposal, we guarantee a simulation to give greater certainty to the client and thus ensure that the solution will work in the way that it requires and according to the parameters that the client previously requested.    **Implementation and training.** Thus, the system is finally implemented where the acceptance form is formed according to the parameters that the client himself required during the analysis and the proposal. At GIEICOM we start from some KPIs or pre-estimated values of equipment rates, so we guarantee the client a successful implementation.   Within this implementation we understand that it is our responsibility to transfer our knowledge that the client requires and needs for continuous operation within their system.
