We are going to present another case of success with the implementation of a storage and orders’ selection system for an e-Commerce company.

#### **Case study: NiceHair**

NiceHair.dk is a Danish e-commerce company that sells hair products, cosmetics and accessories for women, men and children. It was founded in 2008; currently has more than 10,000 different products of 200 brands in its range of products. The company operates in Denmark and Sweden, but there are plans to expand to other European countries under the name NiceBeauty.com

#### **What the problem was?**

NiceHair.dk had more than 10,000 different products stored in a warehouse at the coastal city of Esbjerg. The company wanted to simplify its processes so that they could keep up with the demands for further growth. In addition, the company needed to accelerate the order selection process, save storage space and wanted to create more ergonomic workspaces for the benefit of its staff. Therefore, they chose a Kardex Remstar system to enable them to keep their promises to their customers.

#### **What was the solution?**
