For this reason, in this blog we will share the transportation and classification solutions that G.I.Eicom has for you. ## **G.I.Eicom Conveyor and Sorter Systems: End-to-End Production Fluency** ### **Conveyor systems**   #### **Box conveyors:** Specially designed to handle boxes or packages, they can be band, plastic mesh, or rollers. Minimum accumulation pressure or zero accumulation pressure equipment can be used. #### **Pallet conveyors:** Ideal for connecting palletizing and finished product storage areas. They avoid product stagnation in stacks of pallets, speeding up their movement in an ergonomic way. #### **Elevation systems:** They are complements to the transporters of boxes and pallets, offering the possibility of transferring the products to different levels of height during their journey. They can be elevators (reciprocating or continuous) or spirals. #### **Underground conveyors (Tow Line):** The Tow Line is an ideal conveyor for moving large parts with whimsical shapes or heavy weights. They can have very long lengths and allow the free passage of forklifts over them. #### **Aerial conveyors:** Used to mobilize flows of amorphous products, these types of conveyors can make trajectories as capricious as required, including curves at different degrees, as well as ascents and descents according to each need. ## **Classification systems** #### **Shoe Sorter:** These equipments allow to reach classifications of up to 350 products per minute. They can handle a very wide variety of products, such as: boxes, trays, packages, etc. Its great flexibility makes it used in multiple industries. #### **Cross Belt:** High-end solution capable of classifying products of various dimensions, weights and depths, as well as amorphous goods that are impossible to handle in other draw systems. It can mobilize flows of more than 500 products per minute, which is why it is widely used in the industries of: e-Commerce, Fashion and Parcel. #### **Narrow Belt:** This sorter can be implemented with unidirectional and bidirectional arrangements that allow the product to be diverted to 30 ° or 90 ° according to the requirements of your operation. #### **Push Sorter:** Systems specialized in handling low product flows, being able to reach up to 45 boxes per minute. Due to their characteristics, they are ideal for the Retail, Parcel, Food and Beverage industry, among others.. #### **Pop-Up Wheel:** For medium or high flows, the Pop-Up Wheel can be integrated by many outlets according to your requirements, thanks to its mechanical characteristics.
