Work stages
GIEICOM works under a systematized model to implement effective solutions. This system has measurement patterns in each stage, that’s how we ensure the satisfaction and success of all our customers. The process consists of 4 stages:
- Analysis and study. Consultant team visit the client, analyze their operations and obtain all the necessary information. It focuses mainly on determining clear production data by day, by week and by month; also the personnel and their physical features, productivity and scope, as well as researching expansion plans and all the variables required.
- Proposal and simulation. Once the information is filtered, the experts design the best solution. Many times it is not necessary to automate the entire work center, the design can combine conventional systems (ones which the company already have) and new technological tools. The proposal is presented by a virtual simulation. Here the client is able to see their current operations and how they would be improved with new implementations.
- Implementation and training. Once the solution is approved, GIEICOM’s operative team installs the new implements. The standardized implementation process includes different stages coordinated with the client, where the agreed success criteria are qualified, guaranteeing progress and a successful completion. Also performs training for operators (end user)
